To set up the WooCommerce Partial COD - Payment Gateway Restrictions & Fees, you first need to set up payment gateways and then configure our plugin according to your needs.

A payment gateway is a third-party platform through which you can accept payments. Your WooCommerce installation can be connected to these third-party platforms via plugins provided by the platforms.

1. To set up a new payment gateway, go to WooCommerce > Settings > Payments. then choose the payment gateways through which you want to accept payments and then configure them according to the documentation included in the payment gateways.
